This handbook was developed by Lawyers for Human Rights in November 2025 as a guide to help Children and Youth understand climate justice and take action for a better future. It recognises that young people face unique challenges because of climate change but also have the power to make a difference.

This handbook looks at how climate change affects younger generations the most and how today’s choices can shape the world for future generations.
